摘要
交通噪声生成机理复杂、防治手段落后,其治理问题一直是行业的痛点。近年来声屏障的普及应用,在一定程度上降低了城市道路和公路沿线居民的噪声困扰,但市场上的声屏障产品效果还未能达到预期。通过对道路交通噪声的特性进行分析,总结近年来机动车噪声发展的趋势和变化,针对声屏障隔声的原理研究声屏障产品的合理结构和需求参数。经仿真和计算发现:在声屏障产品中填充纳米材料正好可以弥补金属骨架低频共振和中高频吻合效应的不足;纳米材料能完全覆盖交通噪声的等效频率,具备很高的推广应用价值。
The traffic noise generation mechanism is complex and the prevention and control measures are outdated,and its governance problem has always been a trouble for the industry.With the popularization and application of sound barriers in recent years,the noise trouble of residents along urban roads and highways has been reduced to a certain extent,but the effect of sound barrier products on the market has not yet reached expectations.By analyzing the characteristics of road traffic noise,the development trend and changes of motor vehicle noise in recent years are summarized,and the reasonable structure and demand parameters of noise barrier products are studied by using the principle of sound insulation of noise barriers.Through simulation and calculation,it is found that filling nanomaterials in noise barrier products can just make up for the lack of low-frequency resonance and mid-high frequency coincidence effect of metal skeleton;nanomaterials can completely cover the equivalent frequency of traffic noise,which has high promotion and application value.
