医院患者安全文化调查问卷在北京市医疗机构中的适用性研究

The Applicability of the Chinese version of Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture in the Medical Institutions of Beijing

目的:分析医院患者安全文化调查问卷(Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture,HSOPS)中文版在北京市医疗机构安全文化测评中的信效度,为研究医院安全文化提供可靠有效的测量工具。方法:应用HSOPS中文版,对北京市5家医院1213名卫生专业技术人员进行问卷调查,通过项目分析检验量表题项的适切度,通过相关分析和因子分析检验量表的结构效度,通过Cronbach’sα系数测定量表的内部一致性信度。结果:量表具有良好的内部一致性,经信度分析,量表Cron<bach’sα=0.914,各维度Cronbach’sα在0.413~0.828之间。内容效度(CVI)较高,量表水平的CVI(S-CVI)=0.8,题项水平的CVI(I-CVI)在0.8~1.0之间。运用皮尔逊(Pearson)相关系数检验,除对错误不予惩罚、事件通报的频率2个维度外,其余10个维度与总表间的相关系数均较高。验证性因子分析表明模型为可接受程度。结论:HSOPS中文版符合心理测量学要求,可以用于北京市医疗机构安全文化测评,但还需要在理论研究和实践应用中进一步修改、验证。

OBJECTIVE To examine the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Cul⁃ture(HSOPS)in the medical institutions of Beijing,and to provide reliable and valid measurement instrument for the study of safety culture in hospital.METHODS Using HSOPS in Chinese,by stratified random sampling method,the frontline healthcare workers in five hospitals of Beijing participated in the survey,the scale appropriateness or the degree of reliability of individual items were tested through the project analysis,the structural validity of the scale were tested through correlation analysis and factor analysis,the internal consistency reliability were tested Cronbach’s alpha.RESULTS The scale had good internal consistency,with reliability analysis,scale Cronbach’s=0.914,and each dimension Cronbach’s was between 0.413 and 0.828.Content validity(CVI)was high,scale-lev⁃el CVI(S-CVI)=0.8,and item-level CVI(I-CVI)was between 0.8 and 1.0.Using the Pearson(Pearson)correlation coefficient test,the correlation coefficient between the other 10 dimensions and the total table was relatively high,except for the two dimensions of no error penalty and the frequency of event notification.The confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the model was acceptable.CONCLUSION It suggests that the structure,validity and reliability of scale are acceptable,HSOPS could be used to evaluate safety culture in medical institutions of Beijing,but also need further modification and verification in theoretical study and practical application.
