上海市浦东新区社区全科医生脑卒中一级预防相关知识掌握情况调查

Analysis of Knowledge Acquisition and Influencing Factors of Primary Stroke Prevention among Community General Practitioners in Pudong New Area,Shanghai

目的:了解上海市浦东新区社区卫生服务中心全科医生对脑卒中一级预防相关知识的掌握情况,并分析其影响因素,为提升社区全科医生脑卒中防控能力提供决策依据。方法:采用分层整群抽样法,对浦东新区城区和郊区共12家社区卫生服务中心的376名全科医生进行问卷调查。结果:社区全科医生脑卒中一级预防相关知识得分为(58.07±14.45)分;多重线性回归分析结果显示,学历、参加脑卒中相关培训次数、签约居民中有脑卒中危险因素者占比是全科医生脑卒中一级预防相关知识得分的影响因素(t值分别为4.638、2.210、6.865,P值均<0.05)。结论:浦东新区社区全科医生脑卒中一级预防专业知识水平还有待提高,应有针对性的加强培训,才能切实提高全科医生开展脑卒中危险因素管理的能力,从而充分发挥基层全科医生在脑卒中一级预防中的作用。

OBJECTIVE To understand the knowledge of primary prevention of stroke among general practitioners(GPs)in com⁃munity health centers in Pudong New Area,Shanghai,and to analyze the influencing factors to provide a basis for decision making to improve the stroke prevention and control ability of community GPs.METHODS A stratified cluster sampling method was used to survey 376 general practitioners in 12 community health service centers in Pudong New Area.RESULTS The knowledge score related to primary prevention of stroke among community general practitioners was(58.07±14.45).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education,number of stroke related training attended,and proportion of contracted residents with risk of stroke were the influencing factors of GPs’knowledge score related to primary stroke prevention(t=4.638,2.210,6.865,P<0.05).CONCLUSION The level of professional knowledge of primary stroke prevention among community general practitioners in Pudong New Area needs to be improved.Targeted training should be strengthened to improve the ability of general practitioners to manage stroke risk factors,and to actively play the role of grassroots general practitioners in primary stroke prevention.
