摘要
重金属(类金属)污染是威胁农产品质量安全的一个重要因素。重金属快速检测技术以其快速、高通量的技术优势在农产品质量安全监测及受污染农用地安全利用中发挥着重要的作用。文中主要介绍了基于免疫识别、X射线荧光、电化学及高光谱技术重金属快速检测方法,同时对相关技术的优势与劣势进行了探讨。并对相关技术在农产品质量安全控制中的应用前景进行了展望。
Heavy metal(metalloid)pollution is an important factor threatening the quality and safety of agricultural products.The rapid detection technology of heavy metals,with rapid and high-throughput technical advantages,plays an important role in quality and safety monitoring of agricultural products and safe utilization of contaminated agricultural land.This paper mainly introduces the rapid detection methods of heavy metals based on the technologies of immunological recognition,X-ray fluorescence,electrochemistry and hyperspectrum,and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of related technologies.Meanwhile,looks forward the application prospect of related technologies in the quality and safety control of agricultural products.
