新形势下科技查新工作的路径探讨——以医学高校图书馆为例

党的十八大和十九大均提出了“健康中国”的建设目标,在国家大力鼓励医药卫生领域科技创新的大环境下,医学科技查新的数量和创新程度也呈现出逐年递增的趋势,国家对医学科技查新工作也有了新要求,新形势下科技查新工作的内涵与重要性也发生了系统性变革。文章梳理了新形势下医学高校图书馆科技查新工作存在的问题,探讨了科技查新工作的路径,并提出几点对策和建议,拟为科技查新的创新发展提供参考。

The 18 th and 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the construction goal of“healthy China”.Under the general environment that the state strongly encourages scientific and technological innovation in the field of medicine and health,the number and degree of innovation of medical scientific and technological novelty retrieval also show an increasing trend year by year.The state also has new requirements for medical scientific and technological novelty retrieval,and the connotation and importance of scientific and technological novelty retrieval under the new situation have also undergone systematic changes.This paper combs the problems existing in the scientific and technological novelty retrieval work of medical university libraries under the new situation,probes into the path of scientific and technological novelty retrieval work,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,which are intended to provide reference for the innovative development of scientific and technological novelty retrieval.
