通过构建“科创+产业+知识产权”融合发展的创新联动机制,建设“制造业共享创新中心”,建设研发与创新服务一体化的“智能制造创新港”,打造常州版营商环境等促进创新链与产业链深度融合。文章围绕“加快建设长三角特色鲜明的产业技术创新中心”这个总目标,打造全方位、立体式产业链生态链,通过分产业分地区的差异化发展战略,进一步推动产业向高端化、智能化、绿色化方向发展,不断提升常武地区在长三角价值链中的位势,为长三角经济高质量一体化发展注入强劲动能。

By building an innovation linkage mechanism for the integrated development of“scientific innovation+industry+intellectual property”,building a“manufacturing shared innovation center”,building a“smart manufacturing innovation port”integrating R&D and innovation services,and creating a Changzhou business environment,we will promote the deep integration of the innovation chain and the industrial chain.Focusing on the general goal of“accelerating the construction of an industrial technology innovation center with distinctive characteristics in the Yangtze River Delta”,this article aims to build an all-round and three-dimensional industrial chain ecological chain,further promote the development of industries in the direction of high-end,intelligent and green through the differentiated development strategy of industries and regions,constantly improve the position of Changwu region in the value chain of the Yangtze River Delta,and inject strong momentum into the high-quality integrated development of the economy of the Yangtze River Delta.
