航道起吊机械施工安全感知系统研究

摘要 文章通过构架航道起吊机械施工安全感知系统,采集航道起吊作业过程中吊装作业现场视频监控、环境参数、吊机姿态、吊物质量等参数,实现对监控视频中目标吊物基本特征的预处理、识别、追踪识别。同时通过倾角传感器识别起重机械实时姿态,生成吊机起重三维动态模型,实现对吊装过程中危险区域的实时界定,对危险区域内有人员闯入的情况进行预警预报。 The safety perception system of waterway lifting machinery construction is constructed to collect the video monitoring,environmental parameters,crane attitude,mass of lifting objects and other parameters during the lifting operation of waterway,so as to realize the pre-processing,identification and tracking identification of the basic characteristics of target lifting objects in the monitoring video.At the same time,the angle sensor is used to identify the real-time posture of hoisting machinery,and the three-dimensional dynamic model of crane is generated,so as to realize the real-time definition of the dangerous area in the process of hoisting and the warning and prediction of the situation of intrusions in the dangerous area.
