摘要 为实现变频压缩机的稳定快速计算,本文建立了适用于蒸气压缩式制冷系统的变频压缩机模型。在定频半经验模型的基础上,分别基于容积效率修正与等熵效率修正,通过归一化处理效率与频率,建立变频压缩机流量模型与功率模型;基于压缩机能量守恒,根据压缩机壳体温度与压缩机压缩比关系,建立压缩机排气温度模型,并确定其拟合形式。精度验证结果表明,变频压缩机模型对质量流量平均预测误差为0.75%,对功率的平均预测误差为1.45%,对排气温度的预测误差总体在±5℃以内,模型精度良好;拟合数据量分析表明,模型在20组拟合数据量下即可达到良好的拟合精度,拟合性能良好;外推验证结果表明,模型对于质量流量的平均预测误差为1.06%,对于功率的平均预测误差为1.33%,外推预测性能良好。 In order to realize the stable and fast calculation of variable frequency compressor,a variable frequency compressor model suitable for vapor compression refrigeration system is established.Based on fixed frequency semi empirical model and according to volume efficiency correction and isentropic efficiency correction,the flow model and power model of variable frequency compressor are established by normalizing efficiency and frequency.Based on compressor energy conservation and according to the relationship between compressor shell temperature and compressor compression ratio,the compressor exhaust temperature model is established.The accuracy verification results show that the average prediction error of the variable frequency compressor model for mass flow is 0.75%,the average prediction error for power is 1.45%,and the overall prediction error for exhaust temperature is within±5℃,so the model has high prediction accuracy.The fitting data analysis shows that the model can achieve good fitting accuracy under 20 groups of fitting data.The extrapolation results show that the average prediction error of the model for mass flow is 1.06%,and the average prediction error for power is 1.33%,so the model has high extrapolation prediction accuracy.
