摘要
随着碳市场与电力市场的协同推进,可中断负荷在新型电力系统中将发挥重要价值,但目前仍缺乏精准、可信的价值分析方法。为此,基于碳潮流计算理论,追踪电力系统中各部分的碳排放责任,提出一种从降低系统总功率和减少系统碳排放两个方面对可中断负荷进行评价的价值分析方法。建立了面向碳-电协同市场的可中断负荷价值计算模型,比较了可中断负荷运行和断开两种情况下系统整体和各部分的功率、碳排放量,定量计算可中断负荷的价值。以PJM-5节点系统为算例,仿真分析碳-电市场中可中断负荷在降低系统总功率和减少系统碳排放中发挥的价值,为在未来碳-电协同市场中可中断负荷的合理定价提供理论依据。
With the advancement of the carbon-electricity coordinated market,interruptible loads play an important role in the new power system.However,there is a lack of accurate and credible value analysis methods.Based on the carbon power flow calculation theory,the carbon emission responsibility of each part in the power system is tracked.The paper proposes a value analysis method that assesses interruptible loads from perspectives of reducing the gross power and carbon emission.A value calculation model for interruptible loads for carbon-electricity coordination is established,and the power and carbon emissions of the system and each part under the condition of load operation and switch-off are compared to quantitatively calculate the value of interruptible loads.The PJM 5-bus system is taken as an example to simulate and analyze the values of interruptible loads in reducing the gross power and carbon emission of the system in the market,which can be used as a theoretical basis for rational pricing in the carbon-electricity coordinated market.
