新零售模式下的产品开发与设计管理

摘要 文章首先阐述产品新零售模式产生和现状,对现有的设计管理在产品新零售模式中的作用进行梳理,从制定设计策略、评估项目设计价值、覆盖全流程的设计管理三个方面明确设计管理对产品新零售的重要意义和价值,最后进一步探讨设计管理与新零售模式的融合协作为企业发展创造更多可能。
