摘要
川崎病是一种易损害冠状动脉的全身性血管炎,可引起冠状动脉病变、心肌缺血等心血管后遗症。在川崎病超声应用中,不仅可应用二维超声心动图、三维超声心动图、负荷超声心动图、斑点追踪成像、心肌声学造影、超声造影和血管内超声成像评估冠状动脉病变、心肌缺血心功能异常等心血管后遗症,还可应用超声测量颈动脉内膜-中层厚度以评价冠状动脉病变程度及预测未来心血管风险事件。
Kawasaki disease is a systemic vasculitis that easily damages the coronary artery,which can cause cardiovascular sequelae such as coronary artery lesions and myocardial ischemia.In the application of ultrasound in Ka-wasaki disease,two-dimensional echocardiography,three-dimensional echocardiography,load echocardiography,speck-le tracking imaging,myocardial contrast echocardiography,contrast echocardiography and intravascular ultrasound imag-ing can be used to evaluate coronary artery disease,myocardial ischemia and cardiac dysfunction and other cardiovascu-lar sequelae.Ultrasound can also be applied to measure the carotid intima-media thickness in order to assess the severity of coronary artery disease and predict future cardiovascular risk events.
