年轻人学习传承西湖龙井茶炒制技艺成“热潮”

A craze for West Lake Longjing Tea stir-fry skill among youth

为了实施好《杭州市西湖龙井茶保护管理条例》,保护传承西湖龙井茶手工制炒技艺,7月4日,杭州西湖风景名胜区开展了西湖龙井茶年轻人手工炒制技艺集训。本次培训聘请高级炒茶技师、非遗传承人等大师级老师,以师带徒,进行手把手教学,这是理论和实践的结合,是传统和创新的碰撞本次集训,杭州西湖风景名胜区辖区十个产茶村(社)参训学员共计215人,其中往届人员63人,新学员152人,学员以80后、90后为主,为名胜区有史以来年轻人参与最多、规模最大的一次西湖龙井茶手工炒制技艺培训。
