Entrepreneurial Mode of Light Chemical Engineering College Students under WeWork Thinking Mode

探索适合我国大学生的创新创业模式与人才培养机制是高校教育领域的研究热点。基于此,对WeWork思维模式进行了分析,探究了创客教育在高校创新创业教育中的应用价值。将WeWork思维模式引入高校轻化工专业创新创业课堂,从提升创新创业活动管理、组织学术交流、开展校企合作等方面对高校轻化工专业大学生创客平台进行完善,并提出了优化轻化工专业大学生创业生态体系的政策建议,以期提升大学生创业能力和综合素养。

It is a research hotspot in the field of higher education to explore the innovation and entrepreneurship mode and talent training mechanism suitable for Chinese college students.Based on this,the paper analyzed the thinking mode of WeWork and explored the application value of maker education in innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.WeWork thinking mode of light chemical professional innovative entrepreneurial class was introduced,from promoting innovative entrepreneurial activity management,organization and academic exchanges,university-enterprise cooperation of perfect light chemical industry professional college students and the guest platform for colleges and universities.The optimization of light chemical engineering professional college students entrepreneurship policy suggestions of ecological system was put forward,in order to improve college students’career ability and comprehensive quality.
