跨境电商视角下我国中小型皮革企业外贸竞争力研究 被引量:4

摘要 随着互联网信息技术与皮革产业融合程度的快速提升,跨境电商业务在我国皮革企业中正扮演着越来越重要的角色。本文以跨境电商为主要抓手,以我国中小型皮革企业为例,对皮革企业在开展外贸业务时的问题进行分析,通过对暴露出的问题进行分析和处理,总结了部分能够提升中小型皮革企业外贸竞争力的策略,包括强化跨境电商应用意识、提升营销投入并注重品牌建设、升级物流产业链等,旨在为我国中小型皮革企业跨境业务竞争力的提升提供帮助。 With the rapid integration of Internet information technology and leather industry,cross-border e-commerce business is playing an increasingly important role in China’s leather enterprises.The article takes cross-border e-commerce as the main focus,and takes China’s small and medium-sized leather enterprises as an example to analyze the problems of these leather enterprises in carrying out foreign trade business.Through the analysis and treatment of the exposed problems,it summarized some strategies that can improve the foreign trade competitiveness of small and medium-sized leather enterprises,including strengthening the application awareness of cross-border e-commerce,improving marketing investment and paying attention to brand construction,upgrading the logistics industry chain,etc.It aimed to provide help for the improvement of cross-border business competitiveness of small and medium-sized leather enterprises in China.
