摘要
博物馆联盟是一种亚文化现象,指以共同的文化宗旨为纽带,地区内部、跨地区乃至跨国联合并致力于传承弘扬文化且各馆之间可以平等交流的非营利性组织,具有延展个体博物馆及其主流文化的二次元构建作用。我国目前出现较多博物馆联盟,它们顺应社会发展形势,种类多样;但也存在重组建、轻运营等问题。基于亚文化的创新性建设与可持续发展策略应包括有序发展、绩效评估、学术引领、跨界融合、数字引领、强基固本、内部创新驱动七个原则。
As a subcultural phenomenon,museum alliance refers to the non-profit organization aiming to create various links between museums or among museums and other institutes regionally or trans-regionally for the purpose of better collectively fulfilling museum mission and tremendous promotion of museum running standards.Focusing on the key problems of current development of museum alliances,the author uses the subculture theory to make a further argument on the seven principles of China museum alliances building and functioning.
