摘要 对国外过程模块泄漏单元的泄漏频率进行研究,给出了过程模块泄漏单元划分原则以及过程模块泄漏单元设备、工艺管道、法兰和仪表接管具体失效频率,并以某天然气净化厂第一联合装置泄漏单元泄漏频率分析为例,根据泄漏频率确定原则,得到不同单元、不同泄漏场景下的泄漏频率,对于确定国内石化装置发生泄漏后的概率统计可起到一定的借鉴作用. The leakage frequency of process module leaking unit abroad was studied,and the division principle of leakage unit and the specific failure frequency of process module leakage unit equipment,process pipe,flange and instrument pipe were given.Taking the leakage frequency analysis of the leakage unit of the first combined unit of a natural gas purification plant as an example,according to the leak frequency determination principle,the leakage frequency of different units and different leakage scenarios was obtained,providing reference to determine the probability and statistics of leakage in petrochemical plants.
