摘要 对微波干燥湿法炼锌沉铁渣的新工艺进行了研究,采用响应曲面法中心组合优化设计探讨了微波功率、物料量、干燥时间及其交互作用对沉铁渣相对脱水率影响,建立了脱水率与各因子间的预测回归方程,并获得优化工艺参数:微波功率1000 W,物料量50 g、干燥时间12 min,在此条件下沉铁渣相对脱水率为98.81%,实测值与预测值相近,表明该预测模型可靠有效及优化工艺合理可行。 A new technology of microwave drying of iron precipitate slag from zinc hydrometallurgy was studied.The effects of microwave power,material mass,microwave drying time and their interaction on the relative dehydration rate of iron precipitate slag were investigated by means of the response surface(RSM)centra composite design(CCD).The prediction regression equation between dehydration rate and each factor was established,and the optimized process parameters were obtained in microwave power of 1000 W,material mass of 50 g,microwave drying time of 12 min.The corresponding relative dehydration rate of the iron precipitate slag is 98.81%.The measured value is close to the predicted value.The results show that the prediction model is accurate and effective,the optimized process is reasonable and feasible.
