自发光涂料在喀斯特山区高速公路隧道中的节能与应急应用

摘要 以兴义环城高速路牛犁塘隧道左幅为依托工程,通过在其墙面喷涂铝酸锶长余辉发光涂料,配合可变功率LED能量激发灯,实现了隧道墙面持续发光、亮度可调节和应急逃生指示的功能。依据《公路隧道照明设计细则》(JTG/TD70/2-01-2014)标准,采用亮度测试仪对隧道地面和墙面的亮度进行了测定,绘制了亮度曲线,测定了隧道内部空间的眩光值,计算了节能效率。结果表明,在满足公路隧道照明设计标准的情况下,发光涂料与LED激发灯的配合使用能有效降低隧道能耗,隧道地面亮度与照明设计细则接近,节能效率较原有LED照明方案提升20.88%,年均节约电耗17748kW/h;发光涂料的使用使得隧道墙面的亮度远高于普通混凝土墙面,亮度提升比例达188%,视觉通透导视效果优异,隧道内部眩光值小于0.05,满足应急逃生标准亮度的余辉时间长达136s。 Based on the left side of Niulitang Tunnel of Xingyi City expressway,by spnaying strontium aluminate long afterglow paint on the wall and combining with variable power LED energy excitation lamp,the functions of continuous luminance,adjustable luminance and emergency escape indication on the wall of tunnel are realized.According to the Highway Tunnel Lighting Design Rules(JTG/T D70/2-01-2014)standard,the luminance of the tunnel ground and wall were tested by brightness meter.The luminance curves were plotted,and the energy-saving eficiency was calculated.Results showed that the energy consumption of the tunnel can be decreased fctiveley by using long afterglow luminous coating and LED excitation lamp.The tunnel ground luminance was in accord with the standard.Compared with the LED lighting project,the energy-saving fficiency was about 20.88%and the av-erage annual saving power was 17747 kW/h.The use of long aferglow luminous coating makes the brightness of tunnel wall much higher than that of ordinary concrete wall,with a brightness increase ratio of 188%,excellent vi-sual permeability and guidance efect,the glare value inside the tunnel is less than 0.05,and the afterglow time meeting the brightness of emergency escape standard is up to 136s.
