摘要
水工混凝土受多种不利因素影响,极易产生裂缝,裂缝的存在会降低水工结构耐久性、安全性和强度。本文阐述了水工混凝土常见的裂缝类型及其成因,并提出优化混凝土配合比设计、把控混凝土拌制与运输、集料质量控制、加强支模与施工设计控制、混凝土养护与施工工艺控制、温度与温度应力控制、做好裂缝修补处理等裂缝控制措施。
Hydraulic concrete is easy to crack alected by many adverse factors,and the existence of cnacks will reduce the durbility,safety and strength of hydraulic structures.This paper expounds the common crack types of hydraulic concrete and their causes,and puts forward some cnack control measures,such as optimizing concrete mix proportion design,controlling concrete mixing and transportation,aggregate quality control,strengthening formwork and construction design control,concrete curing and construction process control,temperature and tempernature stress control,and doing a good job in crack repair and treatment.
