建筑外墙出现渗漏问题是比较常见的,该问题的出现与建筑材料、环境与人为、建筑砌体结构、施工收尾不彻底等原因有关。为了对建筑外墙防渗漏施工技术进行控制,有必要从加强结构设计、提高墙体砌筑质量、控制基层抹灰质量、施工孔洞处理、防水层或保温层施工、外墙细部结构施工、外墙装饰面层施工等方面把控施工质量,应用一定的技术提高建筑外墙防渗漏施工技术,推动建筑业的可持续发展。

The leakage problem of building exterior wall is very common,and the occurrence of this problem is related to the reasons of building materials,environment and human factors,building masonry structure,and incomplete completion of construction.In order to control the anti-leakage construction technology of building exterior wall,it is necessary to control the construction quality from the aspects of strengthening the structural design,improving the wall masonry quality,contolling the base plastering quality,construction hole treatment,waterproof layer or insulation layer construction,exterior wall detail structure construction,exterior wall deconation surface construction,and apply certain technology to improve the andi--leakage construction technology of building exterior wall,so as to promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.
