资源保存理论及其在信息系统研究领域的应用与展望

Conservation of Resources Theory and Its Application and Prospect in the Field of Information System Research

[目的/意义]为了帮助学界深入了解资源保存理论在信息系统领域的应用与发展,为后续研究提供参考。[方法/过程]在介绍资源保存理论的起源与演化过程之后,本文检索梳理了信息系统领域应用资源保存理论的相关文献,分析当前研究的成果、局限以及未来的研究方向。[结果/结论]研究发现:关于资源保存理论在信息系统领域中的应用研究主要集中在技术压力的影响、社交媒体使用行为、知识共享行为和知识隐藏行为这4个方面;研究存在“对如何缓解压力导致的消极结果关注不足”“对物质、个体特征、条件等其他类型资源关注不足”“对脱离工作的其他场景关注不足”等局限性;探寻舒缓压力的机制、拓展聚焦的资源类别和研究场景、探索资源在组织个体之间的流动机制等是未来值得关注的研究方向。

[Purpose/Significance]The purpose of this study is to help the academic community deeply understand the application and development of conservation of resources theory in information system discipline.[Method/Process]Af⁃ter introducing the origin and evolution of this theory,by searching and coming the relevant literature,this paper summer⁃ized the achievements,limitations and future research directions of current research.[Results/Conclusions]It is found that the application of conservation of resource theory in information system discipline mainly focuses on four research as⁃pects:the influence of techno-stress research,social media use behavior research,knowledge sharing behavior research and knowledge hiding behavior research.In addition,it is found that existing studies remain some limitations such as“in⁃sufficient attention to how to alleviate the negative results caused by stress”,“insufficient attention to material,individual characteristics,conditions and other types of resources”,and“insufficient attention to other scenarios away from work”.Exploring the mechanisms to relieve stress,expanding focused resource categories and research scenarios,and exploring the flow mechanism of resource among individuals in organizations,etc.are the directions of concern for the future study.
