Study on the Concept,Background and Development of the Neighborhood Library Program

诞生于广东佛山的邻里图书馆项目是近年来影响广泛的创新实践。它的发展历程就是我国公共图书馆事业发展、图书馆人专业精神发展、佛山城市发展的一个小小缩影。论文系统梳理了邻里图书馆项目的概念、产生的宏观背景与当地实践背景、项目缘起,以及发展四年多的脉络,以期为公共图书馆开展创新服务提供借鉴与参考。

The Neighborhood Library program,which was born in Foshan,Guangdong province,is an innovative practice with extensive influence in recent years.Its development process is a miniature of the development of public library cause in China,the development of librarians’professional spirit and the development of Foshan.This study systematically combs the concept of Neighborhood Library program,its general background and local practice background,the origin of the program and the context of its development over four years,in order to provide reference for public libraries to carry out innovative services.
