2020年茂名市食用农产品质量安全抽样检测数据分析与建议

Analysis and suggestions on sampling test data of quality and safety of edible agricultural products in Maoming city in 2020

对2020年广东省茂名市市售的6类食用农产品采样检测,分析2020年广东省茂名市流通环节市售食用农产品质量安全状况。通过对检测结果研究分析,讨论具体不合格原因,形成对策建议。结果表明,对采集的1280份食用农产品样品进行检测,检出不合格样品43份,整体合格率为96.6%,其中蔬菜的合格率最低,仅为93.9%。结合茂名市食用农产品生产经营特点,建议通过强化食用农产品生产经营者的食品安全意识,加快推进生态农业发展,加强农药兽药的监督管理,强化食用农产品的监管力度等措施,进一步提升食用农产品的质量安全水平。

Six types of edible agricultural products sold in Maoming city,Guangdong province in 2020 were sampled and tested to analyze the quality and safety of edible agricultural products sold in the circulation links of Maoming city,Guangdong province in 2020.Through the research and analysis of the test results,discuss the specific reasons for unqualified,and form countermeasures and suggestions.The results showed that 43 of the 1280 samples of edible agricultural products were found to be unqualified,and the overall qualified rate was 96.6%,among which the qualified rate of vegetables was the lowest,only 93.9%.Combining with the characteristics of food agricultural products production and operation in Maoming city,it is suggested to further improve the quality and safety level of food agricultural products by strengthening the food safety awareness of food agricultural products producers and operators,accelerating the development of ecological agriculture,strengthening the supervision and management of pesticides and veterinary drugs,strengthening the supervision of food agricultural products and other measures.
