摘要
针对食品化学实验课程实验内容简单滞后、教学方法单调落后、考核评价方式单一等问题,构建了食品化学实验分层混合式教学模式,主要包括将学生正确合理分层,实行模块化教学,开展“线上-线下”相结合的混合教学方式,建立分模块、分层次的综合考核评价方式等。实践证明,分层混合式教学模式的应用能够提高学生的学习积极性,满足不同就业方向学生对学习差异性的需求,符合新形势下高质量人才培养目标的要求。
For food chemistry experiment course content simple lag,backward teaching method monotonous,simple evaluation methods,build the layered hybrid food chemistry experiment teaching.It mainly includes correct and reasonable layering of students,implementation modular teaching,carrying out the mixed teaching mode of"online offline"combination,and establishing a modular and layered comprehensive assessment and evaluation mode.Practice has proved that the application of the layered and hybrid teaching model can improve students'learning enthusiasm,meet the needs of students with different employment destinations for learning differences,and meet the requirements of high-quality talent training goals under the new situation.
