摘要 汇总2017—2019年四川省省级食品安全监管部门分散公布的食品安全监督抽检数据,从抽检批次、合格率、食品类别、抽样地域、不合格项目等维度进行比较分析,以期了解四川省食品安全的总体状况,发现存在的主要食品安全问题。统计分析结果表明,2017—2019年共计监督抽检样品50915批次,合格率97.0%,“你点我检”专项抽检3年合格率98.3%,四川省近年来食品安全状况总体平稳。粮、油、肉、蛋、乳、食用农产品等与人民生活密切相关的食品合格率较高,但蔬菜制品、炒货食品及坚果制品、冷冻饮品、特殊膳食食品、蜂产品、饮料6类食品抽检合格率偏低,21个市(州)抽检合格率差别不明显。食品安全问题主要为食品添加剂滥用、微生物污染、质量指标不合格和农药兽药滥用。 Collected the data of food safety supervision and sampling inspection published by Sichuan provincial food safety management department in 2017-2019,and analyzed the number of samples,qualified rate,food category,sampling region,unqualified items and other dimensions,so as to acquire the overall situation of food safety in Sichuan Province,and find out the main safety problems.The results showed that 50915 batches of food samples were inspected in 2017-2019,the overall qualified rate was 97.0%,the qualified rate of the special inspection of public participation was 98.3%,the overall situation of food safety in Sichuan Province was generally stable and positive.The qualified rate of food categories closely related to people's life,such as grain,oil,meat,egg,milk and edible agricultural products,was generally higher,but the qualified rate of 6 categories of food,including vegetable products,fried food and nut products,frozen drinks,special diet food,bee products and drinks,was lower.The qualified rate of 21 regions wasn't obvious difference.The main safety problems found were the abuse of food additives,microbial pollution,unqualified quality indicators and the abuse of pesticide and veterinary drugs.
