Study on Dracocephalum rupestre Hance as a new food ingredients

摘要 按照国家对新食品原料的相关规定,依据国家相关食品安全检验方法标准,对毛建草的主要成分、污染物和农药残留进行了检验、分析与研究。研究结果表明,毛建草的营养成分包括蛋白质、脂肪、总膳食纤维、碳水化合物、矿物质、总黄酮、茶多酚、总糖、总酸等;毛建草的污染物含量均符合GB 2762—2017《食品安全国家标准食品中污染物限量》的规定;农药残留均未检出。委托有资质的机构对毛建草进行了毒理学试验和安全性评估,结论为推荐我国健康成人干制毛建草的食用量为≤5 g/d,不适宜人群为婴幼儿、孕妇及哺乳期妇女。 According to the relevant national regulations on the research of new food ingredients and the relevant national food safety inspection method standards,the total components,pollutants and pesticide residues of Dracocephalum rupestre Hance were tested,analyzed and studied.The results show that the nutritional components of Dracocephalum rupestre Hance include protein,fat,total dietary fiber,carbohydrates,minerals,total flavonoids,tea polyphenols,total sugar,total acid,etc;The pollutants of Dracocephalum rupestre Hance meet the requirements GB 2762-2017;Pesticide residues were not detected.A qualified organization was entrusted to carry out toxicological test and safety evaluation on Dracocephalum rupestre Hance.The conclusion is that the consumption of dried Dracocephalum rupestre Hance for healthy adults in China is recommended to be≤5 g/d,and the unsuitable people are infants,pregnant women and lactating women.
