摘要
“课程思政”的教育背景下,提升高校武术教师各方面能力成为落实思政教育要求的重要路径。文章主要采取专家访谈法、层次分析法等研究方法,根据“课程思政”的内涵与武术教师的胜任要求,尝试对高校武术教师胜任力进行研究,缔造客观的胜任力指标模型。通过实证分析,结合各指标权重,构建出高校武术教师胜任力模型,侧面反映当前高校武术教师发展的重点环节。
"course education"under the background of education,improve college wushu teachers'various aspects ability to become an important path to carry out the education education requirements.Mainly adopts the methods of expert interview method,analytic hierarchy process(ahp),according to the connotation of"course education"and the Wushu teacher competence requirements,Try to study the Wushu teacher competence in colleges and universities,make objective competence index model.Through the empirical analysis,based on the index weight,build college wushu teacher competency model,The side reflect the key link in the development of Wushu university teachers.
