楚雄彝族传统体育产业参与精准扶贫的路径研究

A Study on the Path of the Traditional Sports Industry of the Yi Ethnic Group Participating in the Precise Poverty Alleviation in Chuxiong

贫困是制约“全面同步建成小康社会”的重要因素,受地域环境、生态环境以及生产生活水平的影响,楚雄彝族自治州较发达地区相比经济水平相对落后。在国家宏观政策背景下将体育精准扶贫与脱贫攻坚战略相结合,文章充分利用楚雄彝族自治州彝族传统体育文化的优势,系统地分析楚雄彝族传统体育产业参与扶贫工程的可行性、合理性,通过分析彝族传统体育产业的开发原则、协同发展的途径与方法,结合各类不同的彝族传统体育产业在政府的监控管理制度下的发展趋势等,为楚雄彝族传统体育产业参与精准扶贫的发展路径提供理论参考。

Poverty is an important factor that restricts the building of a well-off society in an all-round way. Affected by the regional environment, ecological environment, production and living standards, the economic level of the Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture developed areas is relatively backward. In the context of the national macro-policy, combining the strategy of sports precision poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation, this study makes full use of the advantages of Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture Yi people’s traditional sports culture, this paper systematically analyzes the feasibility and rationality of the participation of the traditional sports industry of the Yi ethnic group in the poverty alleviation project in Chuxiong, and through the analysis of the development principles, approaches and methods of the coordinated development of the traditional sports industry of the Yi ethnic group, combining with the development trend of various traditional sports industry of Yi ethnic group under the supervision and management system of the government, this paper provides a theoretical reference for the development path of the traditional sports industry of Yi ethnic group in Chuxiong to participate in the precise poverty alleviation.
