巫山烤烟主要化学成分分析

摘要 为客观评价巫山烟区烤烟化学成分的稳定性和年际间的变化趋势,对2002—2019年共计540份样品的常规化学成分进行变化趋势和稳定性分析。结果表明,巫山烟区烤烟化学成分含量在2002—2009年变化波动大,2010—2019年变化波动小,含量相对稳定。氯含量整体偏低,双糖含量偏高。氯的变异系数不小于55.14%,其余化学成分的变异系数在10.18%~22.23%,不同部位的变异系数无明显的变化规律,不同化学成分的变异系数表现为氯>钾>总糖>还原糖,烟碱和总氮的变异系数无明显的变化规律。 In order to objectively evaluate the stability and the annual change trend of flue-cured tobacco chemical composition in Wushan to-bacco growing area,the conventional chemical composition of 540 samples from 2002 to 2019 were systematically analyzed on their change trend and stability.The results showed that the chemical composition content of flue-cured tobacco in Wushan tobacco area fluctuated greatly from 2002 to 2009,and the fluctuation was small from 2010 to 2019,and the content was relatively stable.The chlorine content was generally low,and the disaccharide content was high.The coefficient of variation of chlorine was not less than 55.14%,and the coefficient of variation of other chemical components was 10.18%-22.23%.The coefficient of variation of different parts had no obvious change rule,and the coefficient of variation among different chemical components was chlorine>potassium>total sugar>reducing sugar,and the coefficient of variation of nico-tine and total nitrogen had no obvious change rule.
