摘要
[目的]探讨鱼菜共生立体种养殖系统的建立。[方法]暂养结束后挑选健康规格较为一致的锦鲤幼鱼[初始体重为(55.73±3.55)g]作为试验鱼。试验设对照组和试验组。对照组不种植蔬菜,试验组为待蔬菜幼苗长出4片真叶后挑选健壮且高度基本一致的生菜幼苗移植到上述装置中。每组设置3个重复,每重复20尾鱼,试验组分别种植生菜15颗。试验周期60 d。[结果]在整个试验周期中,除个别天数外,对照组氨氮、硝酸态氮、总氮、总磷浓度与试验组间差异显著(P<0.05),且试验组总体低于对照组。[结论]鱼菜共生立体种养殖系统对氨氮、硝酸态氮、总磷、总氮具有较好的净化效果。
[Objective]In order to explore the establishment of a vertical aquaponics system.[Method]The healthy juvenile koi(Cryprinus carpiod)(initial body weight 55.73±3.55 g)after the end of temporary culture were selected as experimental fish.The control group and exper-imental group were set up.The vegetables were cultivated in the control group,while the 15 vegetables,which has four true leaves,were cultivat-ed in the experimental group.There were 3 replicates in each group and 20 fish in each replicate.The experimental cycles were 60 days.[Re-sult]The results showed that except for a few days,there was significant difference in the concentrations of ammonia nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,total nitrogen and total phosphorus between the control group and exprimental group(P<0.05),and the test group was generally lower than that in the control group.[Conclusion]The vertical aquaponics system has good purification effect on ammonia nitrogen,nitric acid attitude,total phosphorus and total nitrogen.
