农业转移人口市民化对新型城镇化影响的实证研究--基于省际动态面板数据的GMM估计

An Empirical Study on the Impact of Agricultural Transfer Population Citizenization on New-type Urbanization-GMM Estimation Based on Inter-Provincial Dynamic Panel Data

根据2000—2018年中国城镇化和农业转移人口市民化的面板数据,进行系统的GMM估计,结果表明:农业转移人口的职业市民化与收入市民化之间存在互补关系,进而影响城镇化的发展。据此,提出了进一步深化户籍制度改革、创新土地流转机制、加快城镇产业转型、完善农民职业培训体系、建立健全社会保障体系等推进农业转移人口市民化的对策建议。

Based on the panel data of urbanization and citizenization of migrant agricultural population in China from 2000 to 2018,this paper makes systematic GMM estimation,the results showed that:There is a complementary relationship between occupational citizenization and in-come citizenization of the migrant agricultural population,which can further affect the development of urbanization.This paper carries on the ex-amination,and proposes the suggestion and the strategy.Based on this,some countermeasures and suggestions for further deepening the reform of the household registration system,innovating the land transfer mechanism,accelerating the urban industrial transformation,improving the farmers’vocational training system,and establishing and improving the social security system are put forward to promote the urbanization of the agricultural transfer population.
