民营企业作为我国国民经济的重要组成部分之一,在促进国民经济的发展中发挥着非常重要的作用。随着改革开放的深入探索以及国家越来越重视个体私营经济的发展和规划,农村民营经济在整个国民经济中的地越来越重要。然而,由于其经济特点和特殊的增长模式,农村民营中小企业存在固有的弱点和缺陷,从一开始就导致市场、技术和内部财务管理观念的松懈,使一些农村民营中小企业成为经济上的巨人和财务管理上的矮人,这种鲜明的对比客观上阻碍了农村民营中小企业的发展。因此,解决农村民营企业发展问题,将促进民营企业更好、更快、更强地发展,为我国国民经济建设做出更多贡献。

As an important part of China’s national economy,private enterprises play a very important role in promoting the development of national economy.With the further exploration of reform and opening up and the state attaching more and more importance to the development and planning of individual private economy,rural private economy is becoming more and more important in the whole national economy.How-ever,due to its economic characteristics and special growth mode,rural private small and medium-sized enterprises have inherent weaknesses and defects,which lead to the lax market,technology and internal financial management concepts from the very beginning.Some rural private small and medium-sized enterprises become giants in economy and dwarves in financial management,this sharp contrast objectively hinders the development of rural private small and medium-sized enterprises.Solving the development problem of rural private enterprises will promote bet-ter,faster and stronger development of private enterprises,contribute more to national economic construction.
