摘要
目的探讨在皮肤科临床教学中利用网络平台采用循证医学(evidence-based medicine,EBM)结合“抽丝剥茧”教学模式的应用效果。方法将2020年1—12月于锦州医科大学附属第一医院变态反应科见习的60名医学生作为研究对象,按随机排列法分为两组,其中30名采取传统教学模式的医学生纳入对照组,其余30名在雨课堂平台下采用EBM结合“抽丝剥茧”教学模式的医学生纳入研究组,通过问卷调查和临床技能考核综合评价教学效果。结果研究组医学生认为EBM结合“抽丝剥茧”教学模式可激发学习兴趣、提高独立思考和科研能力等,对联合教学模式满意,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组学生临床技能考核成绩优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证医学结合“抽丝剥茧”教学模式能激发学生学习兴趣、提高教学质量及医学生的综合能力。
Objective To discuss the applied effect of network information platform combined with EBM(evidence-based medicine)and“diagnosis-initiated mode”in clinical teaching of dermatology.Methods 60 medical undergraduates practiced from January to December 2020 in department of allergy of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University were assigned to control group(30 cases)and study group(30 cases)according to random permutation method.The control group adopted the traditional learning mode;the study group adopted EBM plus“diagnosis-initiated mode”through network information platform.The teaching effect was evaluated by questionnaire survey and clinical skill examination.Results The students in study group believed that EBM combined with“diagnosis-initiated mode”could stimulate learning interest,improve the ability of independent thinking and scientific research(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of students in study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical practice assessment scores of the students in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Through network information platform,EBM combined with“diagnosis-initiated mode”can dramatically stimulate the interest in learning,and improve teaching quality and comprehensive ability of medical students.
