医学院校新工科专业应用型人才培养策略研究

Research on the Cultivation Strategy of Applied Talents of New Engineering Specialty in Medical College

为了适应新时代国家创新驱动供给侧人才培养,建设与发展“新工科”应用技术型专业人才成为工程教育范式改革的重点,作为校(院)重要的培养工程类人才的专业,必须重新审视专业教育的发展方向,更新教育观念,认真落实学校办学指导思想和定位,明晰学院办学思路,实现医教协同,加强教学条件建设、深化教学改革、强化教学管理,更加重视提高教学质量,更加重视培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,培养全面发展的高素质应用型高级专门人才。医学院校的“新工科”应用型医学工程人才不仅要有工程教育素养,还要有“救死扶伤”“维系健康”“服务于人类生命和健康”的医学素养和人文情怀,文章就山东第一医科大学生物医学工程专业“新工科”应用型人才的培养方面从医学素养、人文情怀及培养方法等三方面展开讨论,就新工科背景下医学院校医工理相融合的模式进行深入研究以期为适应现阶段的生物医学工程人才培养提供探索。

In order to adapt to the new era of National innovation-driven supply-side talent training,the construction and development of"new engineering"applied technical talents has become the focus of the reform of engineering education paradigm,and as an important specialty for training engineering talents in colleges and universities,we must re-examine the development direction of professional education,renew the educational concept,earnestly implement the guiding ideology and orientation of running a school,clarify the thinking of running a school,and realize the coordination of medicine and education,we should strengthen the construction of teaching conditions,deepen the teaching reform,strengthen the teaching management,pay more attention to improving the teaching quality,pay more attention to cultivating the students'innovative spirit and practical ability,and cultivate the all-round development of high-quality and application-oriented talents.The“new engineering”applied medical engineering talents in medical colleges and universities should not only have engineering education attainment,but also have the medical attainment and humanistic feelings of“saving lives”,“maintaining health”and“serving human life and health”,this paper discusses the cultivation of“new engineering”applied talents of biomedical engineering specialty in Shandong First Medical University from the aspects of medical quality,humanistic feelings and cultivation methods,etc.In this paper,the mode of integration of medical science and engineering in medical colleges and universities under the background of new engineering is studied.
