四步教学法对提高助理全科医生门诊接诊能力的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨四步教学法的应用在提升助理全科医生门诊接诊能力中的效果。方法选择2017年1月—2021年5月期间,在光前医院培训的60名助理学员作为研究对象,依据培训时间的差异以及同期开展培训方法的不同展开对比分组,即研究组(30名)为后期培训人员,同期应用四步教学法与的结合“一对一”门诊带教展开教学,对照组(30名)为前期培训人员,同期应用“一对一”门诊带教,两组培训结束后采用福建省助理全科医生结业技能考核统一使用的接诊考核表评价教学效果,并比较两组各项教学内容考核成绩、教学满意度。结果研究组教学效果较对照组分值更为理想,且该组医患沟通、职业品德、技能操作、病历质量4项考核成绩分值均较为理想,与对照组分值相比,均呈更高水平,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组间满意度问卷调查结果显示,研究组在本次教学中,总满意度较对照组更高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论提高助理全科医生门诊接诊能力应用四步教学法展开培训,能提升培训人员教学效果,使各项考核成绩有所提升,改善教学满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of four-step teaching method in improving the outpatient ability of assistant general practitioners.Methods From January 2017 to May 2021,60 assistant trainees trained in Guangqian Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the differences in training time and the different training methods carried out in the same period,the comparative grouping was carried out,that was,the research group(30)was the post training personnel,the combination of four step teaching method and"one-to-one"outpatient teaching was applied in the same period,and the control group(30)was the pre training personnel.At the same time,the"one-to-one"outpatient teaching was applied.After the training of the two groups,the teaching effect was evaluated by the"reception assessment form"uniformly used for the completion skill assessment of Fujian assistant general practitioners,and the assessment results of various teaching contents and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The teaching effect of the study group was better than that of the control group,And this group doctor-patient communication,the professional moral character,the skill operation,the medical record quality 4 examination result score was more ideal,compared with the control group.All at higher levels,data were significantly different between groups(P<0.05).The satisfaction questionnaire between the two groups showed that,In this teaching,the total satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,data ratio between groups was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The improvement of the ability of assistant general practitioner in clinic,can improve the teaching effect of trainers,so that the assessment results have improved,and it can improve teaching satisfaction.
