CBL教学法在老年肾脏病临床带教中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)在老年肾脏病临床带教中的教学成绩以及学生对教学满意度情况。方法选取2017年1月—2020年1月来南京医科大学第一附属医院老年肾科实习的80名临床医学专业学生为研究对象,随机设为研究组与对照组,各40名。对照组采用传统教学法,研究组采用CBL教学法。比较两组的教学成绩、带教老师对学生评价情况以及学生对教学满意度情况。结果研究组理论成绩(92.2±4.9)分,实践操作成绩为(91.5±5.8)分,均高于对照组的(78.3±4.6)分、(75.4±5.7)分,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学习主动性(89.1±7.0)分、小组讲课成绩(92.4±5.0)分及病例书写成绩(94.4±3.5)分均高于对照组的(61.1±7.2)分、(75.3±6.7)分以及(80.5±4.6)分,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组教学总满意度为95.0%明显高于对照组的77.5%(P<0.05)。结论在老年肾脏病临床带教中采用CBL教学法,能够有效提升学生的理论知识及实践操作成绩,并能够充分调动学生学习的积极性,教学满意度较高,有助于获取较好的教学效果。 Objective To explore the teaching performance of CBL teaching method in clinical teaching of senile nephropathy and students'satisfaction with teaching.Methods A total of 80 clinical medicine students who came to the department of geriatric nephrology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly selected as the study group and the control group,with 40 students in each group.The control group adopted traditional teaching method,while the research group adopted CBL teaching method.The two groups were compared in terms of teaching performance,teachers'evaluation of students and students'satisfaction with teaching.Results The theoretical score(92.2±4.9)points and practical operation score(91.5±5.8)points of the study group were higher than those of the control group(78.3±4.6)points and(75.4±5.7)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of learning initiative(89.1±7.0)points,group lecture performance(92.4±5.0)points and case writing performance(94.4±3.5)points in the study group were higher than those in the control group[(61.1±7.2)points,(75.3±6.7)points and(80.5±4.6)points,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)].The total teaching satisfaction of the research group was 95.0%,which was significantly higher than 77.5%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of CBL teaching method in clinical teaching of senile nephropathy can effectively improve students'theoretical knowledge and practical performance,and can fully mobilize students'learning enthusiasm,with high teaching satisfaction,and help to obtain better teaching results.
