泌尿外科实习教学中案例教学法联合微信的运用分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨泌尿外科实习教学中案例教学法、微信联合应用的可行性,为科室带教工作提供参考。方法抽取滨州医学院烟台附属医院泌尿外科实习生,抽取时间段2019年1月—2020年1月,抽取对象总计80名。采用双盲随机法将80名实习生分为两组。常规教学组给予传统方法带教,传统教学是照本宣科的模式,以泌尿系统解剖学、生理学和疾病为重点,按照临床实习生和老师讲授的方法,重点讲解病因、病理、治疗。案例联合微信组则进行微信联合案例导入教学。对比分析泌尿外科临床实习生经不同方法带教后的效果,包括带教方法满意度、临床技能与理论考试成绩情况。结果相较于常规教学组,案例联合微信组实习生的满意度明显更高(P<0.05);另外,泌尿外科临床技能考试成绩、临床理论考试成绩明显高于常规教学组(P均<0.05)。结论微信联合案例导入教学法对比常规方法,最终的带教效果有所不同,更适用于泌尿外科实习带教,帮助实习生更系统的掌握科室工作的理论、临床技能,提升工作能力的基础上,助于临床后期工作的开展。 Objective To explore the feasibility of case teaching method and WeChat joint application in urology and internship teaching,and provide a reference for the department with teaching work.Methods A total of 80 urological interns were selected from January 2019 to January 2020 in Yantai Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College.Using double-blind random method,80 interns were divided into two groups.The conventional teaching group is taught by traditional methods.The traditional teaching mode is based on the book,focusing on the anatomy,physiology and diseases of the urinary system,and focusing on the etiology,pathology and treatment according to the methods taught by clinical interns and teachers.The case joint wechat group conducts wechat joint case introduction teaching.Comparative analysis of urology clinical interns after different methods of teaching,including teaching method satisfaction,clinical skills and theoretical examination results.Results Compared with the conventional teaching group,the satisfaction of interns in the case combined wechat group was significantly higher(P<0.05);In addition,the scores of clinical skill examination and clinical theory examination of urology were significantly higher than those of routine teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusion WeChat Joint Case Import Teaching Method Compared with conventional methods.The final teaching effect is different.It is more suitable for urological internships to help intern,helping intern more systematically grasp the theory and clinical skills of the department's work,and improve the ability of work ability.Help the development of clinical work.
