Mimics软件结合OSCE在临床骨科教学中的应用与探索

Application and Exploration of Mimics Software Combined With OSCE in Orthopedic Teaching

目的分析将Mimics软件联合客观结构化临床考试(objective structured clinical examination,OSCE)应用在临床骨科教学中的可行性和效果。方法将2018年7月—2020年6月在中国科学技术大学附属第一医院骨科的住培学员随机分为试验组(n=18)和对照组(n=18),对照组采用传统PBL教学方法,试验组在PBL教学法的基础上利用Mimics软件进行教学。在完成教学后利用OSCE对两组学员进行教学效果评价。结果试验组在体格检查、辅助检查及影像学判读、病历书写及分析等方面分数明显高于对照组(P<0.05);在教学模式认可度方面,试验组在提高学习效率、激发学习兴趣、加深知识理解、提高观察处理问题能力方面评价高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对比传统以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)教学,临床骨科教学借助Mimics软件联合OSCE能明显提高学员的综合技能。

Objective To analyze the feasibility and effectiveness of applying Mimics software in conjunction with OSCE teaching in clinical orthopedic teaching.Methods The resident trainees in the department of orthopedics,The First Hospital of the University of Science and Technology of China,from July 2018 to June 2020 were randomly divided into a test group(n=18)and a control group(n=18),with the control group using the traditional PBL teaching method and the test group using Mimics software on the basis of the PBL teaching method.The teaching effectiveness of the two groups was evaluated using OSCE after the completion of teaching.Results The test group scored significantly higher than the control group in physical examination,auxiliary examination and imaging interpretation,medical record writing and analysis(P<0.05);in terms of recognition of teaching mode,the test group rated higher than the control group in improving learning efficiency,stimulating learning interest,deepening knowledge understanding,and improving the ability to observe and handle problems(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional PBL teaching,clinical orthopedic teaching with Mimics software combined with OSCE can significantly improve the comprehensive skills of trainees.
