体感模拟训练用于卒中后上肢偏瘫的效果

摘要 目的探究体感模拟训练及运动想象疗法用于卒中后上肢偏瘫的效果。方法以简单随机抽样法纳入2019年10月—2020年10月期间吉林省人民医院收治的72例脑卒中后偏瘫患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽签法分为参照组和康复组(各36例),前者行常规康复结合运动想象疗法,后者行常规康复结合运动想象疗法、体感模拟训练。对两组患者训练前后的关节活动度、肢体运动功能、手部运动功能、平衡能力以及日常生活活动能力等相关数据进行统计学分析。结果康复训练前,两组关节活动度、肢体运动功能、手部运动功能、平衡能力以及日常生活活动能力等指标相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),康复训练后,康复组各指标明显优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论体感模拟训练配合运动想象疗法应用于脑卒中后偏瘫患者中,能明显改善患者的关节活动度以及肢体、手部的运动功能,促进平衡能力的恢复,提高患者日常生活活动能力。 Objective To explore the effects of somatosensory simulation training and motor imaging therapy for upper limb hemiplegia after stroke.Methods 72 patients with hemiplegia after stroke treated in Jilin Provincial People's Hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were included in the study by simple random sampling method.They were randomly divided into reference group and rehabilitation group(36 cases each).The former received routine rehabilitation combined with motor imagery therapy,and the latter received routine rehabilitation combined with motor imagery therapy and somatosensory simulation training.The joint range of motion,limb motor function,hand motor function,balance ability and activities of daily living of the two groups of patients before and after training were statistically analyzed.Results Before the rehabilitation training,the indexes of joint range of motion,limb movement function,hand movement function,balance ability and activities of daily living in the two groups were similar(P>0.05).After rehabilitation training,the indexes of the rehabilitation group were significantly better than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Somatosensory simulation training combined with motor imaging therapy in patients with post-stroke hemiplegia can significantly improve the patient’s joint range of motion and the motor function of limbs and hands,promote the recovery of balance ability,and improve the patient’s ability of daily living.
