学习理论对我国继续医学教育发展的启发 被引量:4

摘要 从以治病为中心向以人民健康为中心转变对医务人员的学习提出新的要求,如何满足这种新要求是发展新时期继续医学教育的挑战。学习理论的发展推动了现代医学教育的变革,正确地理解与应用学习理论,可以促进继续医学教育的发展。阐述国外关于在职医务工作者学习行为研究在个人、集体与组织3个层次的典型应用,对我国发展继续医学教育的启发:以个人学习的胜任力为导向,规划在职医务工作者的继续职业发展;以集体学习的知识转化为目的,规划基层继续医学教育帮扶策略;以分级诊疗为目标,实现专业知识在组织间的整合。继而针对学习理论在继续医学教育中应用不充分的现状,基于多学科、跨学科的学习特点,提出了相应的专业人才队伍建设思考。 The change from treating diseases as the center to people's health as the center puts forward new requirements for medical staff's learning.How to meet the new requirements is the challenge for the development of continuing medical education in the new era.The development of learning theory has bred the reform of medical education,and the proper understanding and application of learning theory can promote the development of continuing medical education.Explain the typical application of foreign research on the learning behavior of on-the-job medical workers at the three levels of individual,collective and organization,and the inspiration for our continuing medical education:planning the continuing professional development of on-the-job medical professional based on the competence of individual learning.For the purpose of knowledge transformation of collective learning,plan basic-level continuing medical education support strategies;with hierarchical diagnosis and treatment as the goal,realize the integration of professional knowledge among organizations.Then,in view of the insufficient application of learning theory in continuing medical education,corresponding thinking is put forward for the construction of the professional talent team based on the characteristics of multi-disciplinary and inter-disciplinary learning.
