人口老龄化程度持续加深导致养老需求增大,使异地养老成为一种新型养老方式。农村地区具有土地资源丰富、生态环境优美、生活成本低廉等优势,适合发展异地养老产业。应当借乡村振兴之力,逐步扩大社会保障统筹范围,完善农村医疗设施,建立异地养老信息平台,将具有地方特色的休闲农业与异地养老产业结合,吸引城市老年人到农村养老,减轻大城市的人口压力,带动农村经济发展,使城乡优势互补,走城乡融合发展道路。

The continuous deepening of population aging has led to an increase in the demand for elderly care,and off-site elderly care has become a new type.Rural areas have the advantages of rich land resources,beautiful ecological environment,and low cost of living,which are suitable for the development of the elderly care industry.We should gradually expand the scope of social security coordination,improve rural medical facilities,establish an off-site elderly care information platform,encourage financial institutions to invest in the construction of off-site elderly care industries in rural areas,attract urban elderly people to rural areas for elderly care,reduce population pressure in large cities,and promote rural economic development.Make the urban and rural advantages complement each other and take the road of urban-rural integration development.
