保险集聚、空间溢出与农业保险发展--基于空间面板杜宾模型的研究

Insurance Agglomeration,Space Spillover and Agricultural Insurance Development--Based on the Dupin Spatial Panel Model

基于中国2007—2019年省级面板数据,利用区位熵指数计算保险集聚水平,并通过构建农业保险发展指标体系测算农业保险发展水平,分别在三种空间权重矩阵下使用空间杜宾模型分析保险集聚对农业保险发展的空间溢出效应。研究结果表明,在邻近和地理权重矩阵下,保险集聚对于本地以及邻近地区农业保险的发展均具有促进作用,这表明地理因素在空间溢出效应中发挥了主要作用。最后,从政府和保险公司两个层面提出促进农业保险发展的对策建议,即做好农业保险宣传工作,根据当地实际情况调整农业保险政策制度,实现保险集聚大环境下农业保险的高质量发展。

Based on the provincial panel data of China from 2007 to 2019,this paper calculated the level of insurance agglomeration by using the location entropy index,and calculated the level of agricultural insurance development by constructing the agricultural insurance development index system.The spatial Dobin model was used to analyze the spatial spillover effect of insurance agglomeration on the development of agricultural insurance under three spatial weight matrices respectively.The results show that under the proximity and geographical weight matrix,insurance agglomeration has a promoting effect on the development of agricultural insurance in both local and neighboring areas,indicating that geographical factors play a major role in the spatial spillover effect.Finally,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of agricultural insurance from the two aspects of government and insurance companies,do a good job of agricultural insurance publicity,adjust agricultural insurance policies and systems according to local conditions,and realize the high-quality development of agricultural insurance under the environment of insurance agglomeration.
