“双一流”建设背景下医学院校图书馆组织机构现状研究

Research on the current situation of medical college library organization under the background of“Double First-class”construction

文章以我国“双一流”建设高校中医学院校图书馆为研究对象,采用文献调研法、网络调查法分别对医学院校图书馆的组织机构设置、部门职责等现状进行调查分析。在此基础上提出医学院校图书馆组织机构设置建议,包括加大对组织机构的重视力度、深入挖掘用户需求等,为用户提供专业化、深层次的信息服务,实现组织管理的最大效益,助力学校“双一流”建设。

Taking the“Double First-class”construction of the library of medical colleges and universities in China as the research object,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of the organizational structure and department responsibilities of the library of medical colleges and universities by using the methods of literature investigation and network investigation.On this basis,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the establishment of the organizational structure of the medical college library,including paying more attention to the organizational structure,deeply excavating the needs of users,providing users with professional and in-depth information services,realizing the maximum benefits of organization and management,and helping the construction of“Double First-class”of the school.
