女大学生生命意义感与智能手机成瘾:学校适应的中介作用和年级的调节作用 被引量:1

Life Meaning and Smartphone Addiction among Female College Students:The Mediating Effect of School Adjustment and the Moderating Role of Grade

摘要 为考察女大学生生命意义感、学校适应与智能手机成瘾之间的关系以及年级对三者关系的调节作用,选取646名女大学生作为被试,采用生命意义感量表、大学生学校适应量表和大学生智能手机成瘾倾向量表进行的问卷调查发现:生命意义感、学校适应与智能手机成瘾显著负相关(r=-0.51,-0.55),生命意义感与学校适应显著正相关(r=0.48),P值均<0.01。学校适应在生命意义感与女大学生智能手机成瘾间起部分中介作用。对大一、大二女生而言,学校适应在生命意义感与智能手机成瘾之间存在部分中介作用(Effect size=-0.22,95%CI:-0.32~-0.14),对大三女生而言,学校适应的中介作用不显著。学校适应的中介作用在大一和大二之间存在显著年级差异,大一组的中介效应量为-0.26,大二组的中介效应量为-0.50。生命意义感可以通过学校适应影响女大学生智能手机成瘾,且年级可以调节学校适应的中介作用。 To explore the relationship between life meaning,school adjustment and smartphone addiction in female college students as well as its grade difference,the life meaning scale,school adjustment scale,and smartphone addiction scale were used to investigate 646 female college students.Results:female college students’life meaning was negatively correlated with smartphone addiction(P<0􀆰01,r=-0􀆰51).Female college students’school adjustment was negatively correlated with smartphone addiction(P<0􀆰01,r=-0􀆰55).Life meaning was positively associated to school adjustment of female college students(P<0􀆰01,r=0.48).School adjustment mediated the relationship between life meaning and female college students’smartphone addiction(Effect size=-0􀆰22,95%CI:-0􀆰32~-0􀆰14).For freshmen and sophomores,school adaptation had a partial intermediary role between life meaning and smartphone,but for junior students,the intermediary role of school adaptation was not significant.There was a significant grade difference between freshmen and sophomores in the intermediary effect of school adaptation.The mediating effect was-0􀆰26 in the freshman group and-0􀆰50 in the sophomore group.Conclusion:female college students’school adjustment mediated the relationship between life meaning and smartphone addiction,and grade moderated the intermediary role of school adaptation.
