基于智慧服务的高校图书馆管理与服务初探

随着科技发展、人民服务意识的增长,智慧服务正逐渐成为高校图书馆服务发展的重要方向。当前,我国图书馆在智慧化服务方面正处于起步时期,图书馆的智慧管理及智慧服务仍存在诸多问题,结合新技术的发展,从高校图书馆的整体规划、建设重心、体系重构、智慧服务内容等多方面进行探讨,为高校图书馆智慧服务建设提供参考。

With the development of science and technology and the growing awareness of people's services,smart services are gradually becoming an important direction for the development of university library services.At present,China's libraries are in the initial stage of intelligent services.There are still many problems in the intelligent management and intelligent services of libraries.Combined with the development of new technologies,a study was made of the overall planning,construction focus,system restructuring,intelligent service content and other aspects of university libraries to provide a reference for the construction of intelligent services of university libraries.
