应用型本科高校通信工程国家一流专业建设的实践与探索

Practice and Exploration of National First⁃class Communication Engineering Major Construction in Application⁃oriented Universities

针对应用型本科高校发展现状,分析当前“新工科”背景下创新型人才培养存在的问题。本文从践行“三融六真零距离”人才培养模式、构建“模块化”课程体系、创新“项目式”教学模式、搭建“企业级”实训平台、培养“双能型”师资等方面阐述国家一流专业立项建设点安徽新华学院通信工程专业的建设实践,为探索应用型人才培养创新改革提供参考路径。

Based on current development of application⁃oriented universities,an analysis was made of the problems of innovative talent cultivation in the context of“new engineering”to expound the construction practice of the communication engineering major of Anhui Xinhua University,a first⁃class professional project establishment point in China,to provide a reference for exploring the innovative reform of application⁃oriented talent training from the aspects of practicing the talent training model of“Three integration,Six⁃authentication and Zero Distances”,building the“modular”curriculum system,innovating the project⁃based teaching model,building the“enterprise⁃level”training platform,and cultivating the“dual⁃skill”teachers.
