Investigation on Tobacco Prevalence Among Residents in Linyi City in 2021

目的了解临沂市15岁及以上居民的烟草流行状况,为进一步开展控烟工作提供依据。方法采用分层多阶段随机抽样方法,对临沂市12县区及开发区的15岁及以上常住居民进行抽样调查。结果临沂市15岁及以上居民吸烟率为20.20%。其中,城市居民的吸烟率为17.92%,农村居民的吸烟率为22.05%;男性居民的吸烟率为35.68%,女性居民的吸烟率为2.00%;从年龄组来看,55~64岁年龄组的吸烟率最高,为21.37%;不同职业中,公务员及事业单位人员、医务人员、农民的吸烟率相对较高,分别为26.64%、20.87%、20.35%。吸烟者中,72.57%的为每日吸烟者,67.3%的人在公共场所吸过烟。一周内二手烟暴露率为56.6%,二手烟暴露的主要场所是户外公共场所、餐厅、商超,分别为60.71%、60.16%、47.31%。吸烟危害知识中,吸烟导致肺癌的知晓率最高(91.00%),吸烟导致男性性功能障碍知晓率最低(18.22%)。居民了解控烟知识的主要途径是电视和社区宣传,分别为78.44%和52.46%。结论临沂市15岁以上不同特征居民的吸烟率差异较大,二手烟暴露率较高,应针对不同特征人群开展控烟干预活动,同时加快推进无烟环境建设工作。

Objective To understand the prevalence of tobacco among residents aged 15 and over in Linyi City,and to provide basis for further tobacco control.Methods Stratified multistage random sampling was used to investigate the permanent residents aged 15 and above in 12 counties,districts and development zones of Linyi city.Results The smoking rate of residents aged 15 and over in Linyi city was 20.20%.Among them,the smoking rate of urban residents was 17.92%,and that of rural residents was 22.05%.The smoking rate of male residents was 35.68%,and that of female residents was 2.00%.In terms of age group,the smoking rate of 55-64 years old group was the highest,which was 21.37%.Among different occupations,the smoking rates of civil servants,public institutions,medical personnel and farmers were relatively high,which were 26.64%,20.87%and 20.35%respectively.Among smokers,72.57%were daily smokers and 67.3%had smoked in public places.The exposure rate of second-hand smoke within one week was 56.6%.The main places of second-hand smoke exposure were parks and other outdoor public places,restaurants and supermarkets,which were 60.71%,60.16%and 47.31%respectively.Among the knowledge of smoking hazards,the highest awareness rate was lung cancer caused by smoking,which was 91.00%.The lowest awareness rate was male sexual dysfunction caused by smoking,which was 18.22%.The main ways for residents to understand tobacco control knowledge were television and community publicity,which were 78.44%and 52.46%,respectively.Conclusion The smoking rate of residents over 15 years old with different characteristics in Linyi city varies greatly,and the exposure rate of second-hand smoke is high.Smoking control intervention activities should be carried out for people with different characteristics,and the construction of smoke-free environment should be accelerated.
