摘要
烟草危害是一种严重的公共卫生问题。烟草暴露已被证实是导致孕妇多种不良妊娠结局的危险因素。目前孕产妇被动烟草暴露的情况不容乐观,但针对孕产妇这一特殊人群尚无确切的烟草管理办法。为了更有针对性且更有效地开展对孕产妇的烟草暴露干预工作,有必要了解和掌握孕产妇人群的二手烟暴露现状,认识被动烟草暴露对孕产妇的危害。本文主要介绍孕产妇二手烟暴露情况及干预措施研究进展,并提出展望。
Tobacco harm is a serious public health problem,and tobacco exposure has been shown to be a risk factor for a variety of adverse pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women.There were no specific measures for tobacco control and management aimed at pregnant population,while the current situation of passive tobacco exposure among pregnant women is not encouraging.In order to provide more targeted and effective interventions for maternal tobacco exposure among pregnant women,it is essential to understand the current status of maternal secondhand smoke exposure and to recognize the risks of passive tobacco exposure to pregnant population.This article reviews the progress of research on maternal secondhand smoke exposure and interventions and raises expectations for the future.
