中国共产党驾驭私人资本的百年历史,经历了初步探索、步入正轨、历史转型、新时代境界四个时期,既实现了私人资本力量“为我所用”,又保证了私人资本运行始终处于社会主义力量导控之下。党在驾驭私人资本的百年历程中积累了宝贵经验,主要包括:坚持对马克思关于资本历史作用二重性思想的继承创新,坚持以“人民至上”的根本立场统摄资本逻辑,坚持党的领导和国家力量持续“在场”,坚持以制促治与灵活施策有机结合。展望未来,必须从“两个大局”的战略高度统筹私人资本发展,必须以“中国之制”推进社会主义驾驭私人资本的“中国之治”,必须坚持“以人民为中心”防范私人资本“越界”。

The centennial exploration of controlling private capital of the Communist Party of China has mainly gone through the following periods:the preliminary exploration,the right track,the historical transformation and the new era realm.This great practice has made private capital“work for us”all the time,and ensured that the operation of private capital is always under the control of socialism forces.In the Party’s centennial history of controlling private capital,valuable experience has been accumulated,including:persisting in the inheritance and innovation of Marx’s thought on the duality of the historical function of capital,adhering to the fundamental position of“People’s Supremacy”to control capital logic,keeping the leadership of the Communist Party of China and national power“present”,insisting on combining system promotion and policy flexibility.In the future,we must coordinate the development of private capital from the strategic height of“two overall situations”,and promote“the Governance of China”about the socialism’control of private capital by“the System of China”.And we must insist on“People-centeredness”to prevent private capital from“crossing the border”.
