新农科背景下中草药栽培与鉴定专业人才培养体系的构建与优化

Construction and Optimization of the Training System of Chinese Herbal Medicine Cultivation&Identification Specialty under the Background of New Agricultural Sciences

专业建设是高校优化学科结构、体现专业特色、提高教学质量、培养高素质人才的根本性手段。随着新农科概念的提出,各高校都在积极探索新农科背景下一流本科专业人才培养模式。浙江中医药大学中草药栽培与鉴定专业以培养一流本科人才为目标,满足区域经济社会发展人才需求为原则,基于“学生为中心,学习成果为导向,不断持续改进”的理念,通过明确人才培养目标、构建德智体美劳融合新型课程体系、打造强有力双师型师资队伍、开展新兴教学模式研究、突出实践创新能力培养、建立完备教学质量保障体系等一系列配套改革和实践,构建了满足新时代中医药事业、中药材产业发展需要的中草药栽培与鉴定应用型人才培养体系。

Professional construction is a fundamental means for colleges and universities to optimize the discipline structure,reflect the professional characteristics,improve the teaching quality,and cultivate high-quality talents.With the introduction of the concept of new agricultural science,colleges and universities are actively exploring the training mode of first-class undergraduate professionals.The Chinese herbal medicine cultivation and identification major in Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine aims to cultivate first-class undergraduate talents and meet the needs of regional economic and social development talents,based on the concept of“student-centered,result-oriented and continuous improvement”.Through a series of reforms and practices,such as clarifying talents cultivation objectives,building a new curriculum system that integrates moral,physical,aesthetic and social skills,creating a strong dual-teacher faculty,conducting research on new teaching modes,highlighting the cultivation of practical and innovative abilities,and establishing a complete teaching quality assurance system,an applied talent cultivation system for herbal medicine cultivation and identification that meets the needs of the development of the Chinese medicine industry and the herbal medicine industryhas been built in the new era.
